First, I was worried about the phone’s condition as it was refurbished. But when the phone arrived, I was surprised at how well it was refurbished. It looked like new for half the price of a new one. Good battery life. I would recommend these refurbished phones as these are an affordable option to get an excellent device for less.
Great refurbished product.Works perfectly well but having to have volume buttons repaired as they have stopped working. I know its under warranty but my choice to get same day repair and get it fixed quickly.Well one wee hiccup for a great Great phone not the end of the world.

The price of new phones has risen to a spectacular rip off. So don’t bother get a refurbished one. Also very sustainable.
Very pleased with this phone it looks like new just a few tiny marks on the side which are covered with my case. Great Value .
This is new as far as I am concerned. Although I bought the ‘excellent condition’ but going by some of the comments I’ve seen here, maybe I just got lucky.It’s a birthday gift for my wife. Will present it to her in about 2 weeks from now. I have charged it though and checked the Sim slot but have not switched it on yet. It’s physically flawless. Not. A. Scratch.Downside is that there was no charger. Although I already have very good chargers.Another thing I found lacking was the cable. It doesn’t look as good as the ones I have. I didn’t even bother using it.I will leave further comment after it’s been launched but for now, I have no doubt that it’s going to be any less than I have seen or expected.
The camera brought up a failure after 5 months. The service of repair that the Gadget-Store gave was first class, couldn’t recommend them highly enough. It gives you confidence that if you do buy 2nd hand (pre loved) and it does go faulty, it will be sorted outefficiently.

Not reviewing the S21 phone generally – just this purchase.Purchased based on the “Excellent” conditionCame in an amazon box with the phone loosely wrapped in bubble wrap inside a padded envelope that was a bit too small for the phone- so it looked pretty awful.BUTThe phone itself was spotless, no scratches anywhere and with the back still protected with what looked like the original Samsung plastic protector on the back.SO a brand new phone for a great price – very happy with it.
