1. Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our returns policy is designed to be as clear and fair as possible:

  • Return Eligibility:
    To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition and must be returned in the original, unopened packaging.

  • Opened Packaging:
    If the product’s box has been opened, we apply a 25% deduction on the total amount of the purchase. This deduction helps cover the impact of the product being considered as “used.”

  • Return Charges:
    Customers are required to pay 50% of the return shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and these costs are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Eligibility:
    If the product is returned in its original, unopened condition, we will process a full refund. If the box is opened, the 25% deduction applies.

  • Refund Timeframe:
    Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

    • Refund to the original payment method: The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.
    • Refund to Account Wallet: Alternatively, you can choose to receive your refund as a credit in your PS Tech account wallet, which will be available within 24 hours of the product being returned.
  • Return Condition:
    All products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, and parts that were included with the product. If items are missing or damaged, this may affect the refund amount.

3. Warranty Claims

PS Tech provides warranties for all products sold, whether new or pre-owned. To ensure that your warranty claim is processed correctly, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Warranty Coverage:
    Warranty claims will be honored according to the warranty package associated with the specific product (e.g., phone, laptop, or iPad). Please refer to your product’s warranty terms for details on what is covered.

  • Customer Responsibility for Delivery Charges:
    Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product back for warranty claims. Return shipping costs for warranty processing are borne by the customer.

  • Warranty Service Processing:
    The processing of your warranty claim will depend on the warranty package for your product. After the warranty assessment, any repairs or replacements will be arranged according to the terms outlined in the warranty package.

4. Full Refund Requests (No Box Opened)

  • Eligibility for Full Refund:
    If the product is returned in unused, unopened condition, customers are eligible for a full refund (minus the customer’s responsibility for shipping charges).

  • Delivery Charges:
    The customer is responsible for the delivery charges incurred when returning the product.

  • Refund Timeframe:
    The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after the product is returned to PS Tech. Alternatively, customers can opt to receive the refund amount as a credit in their PS Tech account wallet, which will be available within 24 hours of the product being returned.

  • Return/Refund Request:
    All return/refund requests must be initiated within 10 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to honor return or refund requests.

  • Condition of Returned Products:
    Products must be returned in their original condition. If the product has been used or damaged, we may refuse the return or apply deductions based on the product’s condition.

  • Non-returnable Items:
    Certain products, such as consumables (e.g., accessories or chargers) or items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return or refund.
