Had an initial problem with my password not working, but after updating the OS and changing my Apple ID password on my phone everything ram smooth. There’s a scratch on the R key and a little chip on the edge, but no other visual issues. Great product, I’ve had it for a week now. Screen works great, no over hearing issues, and the battery life is good. Definitely worth the money.
