First, I was worried about the phone’s condition as it was refurbished. But when the phone arrived, I was surprised at how well it was refurbished. It looked like new for half the price of a new one. Good battery life. I would recommend these refurbished phones as these are an affordable option to get an excellent device for less.

When I first saw this product on Amazon at such a low price, I wasn’t sure if it was real or not. Nevertheless I ordered it and it actually was a genuine unused product, with the seal and all. Great refurbished product.Works perfectly well but having to have volume buttons repaired as they have stopped working. I know its under warranty but my choice to get same day repair and get it fixed quickly.Well one wee hiccup for a great Great phone not the end of the world.

Ordered phone arrived quickly and was in excellent condition, unfortunately camera on phone did not focus at certain levels. Contacted seller who asked for it to be returned, which I did. They covered all costs of return! Then sent another one in even better condition. Excellent service, good communication and no messing around! Have no problems recommending them.

Bought the white S21 in the Prime Day sale with the Samsung cash back offer. Upgraded from an LG G6 which was nearly 4 years old. This is a breath of fresh air.Lovely adaptive screen. Perfectly sized so not too big in a gents pocket. Camera is excellent. Am a total convert to wireless charging which is a nice thing to have. Battery life is very good, but not excellent. By turning on Dark Mode and putting apps to sleep, getting a whole day’s worth of battery is easy, but for someone that is a medium to heavy user I usually have 20% left by around 8pm. Which isn’t bad by any stretch. Fingerprint reader is excellent and this is one of the features that persuaded me to stick with Android over converting to iOS. Especially when you still have a facemask and the iPhone 12 and above only have fingerprint readers (I think). There is facial recognition with the S21 if that’s your thing anyway. Like the look of the white version but was almost tempted by the purple model. It is also highly customisable, which seems daunting at first with all the various options, but a joy to use once all set up, especially the Bixby routines.There are arguably better value sub-£300 handsets out there, but Samsung have smashed this out of the park. If you can get it for around £515, which is what I paid after cashback, then I think you can begin to justify the outlay. Would highly recommend.

This is new as far as I am concerned. Although I bought the ‘excellent condition’ but going by some of the comments I’ve seen here, maybe I just got lucky.It’s a birthday gift for my wife. Will present it to her in about 2 weeks from now. I have charged it though and checked the Sim slot but have not switched it on yet. It’s physically flawless. Not. A. Scratch.Downside is that there was no charger. Although I already have very good chargers.Another thing I found lacking was the cable. It doesn’t look as good as the ones I have. I didn’t even bother using it.I will leave further comment after it’s been launched but for now, I have no doubt that it’s going to be any less than I have seen or expected.

Right. I gave up on my Pixel 3XL but couldn’t see the value in a Pixel 5. So I plumped for a S21 regular. Now I really wanted a S21 Plus, but the plastic back was a more enticing prospect.The device fits nicely in the hand and feels great. The screen is beautiful. I do struggle with typing (fat fingers), but the one-handed comfort is worth it.The stereo speakers sound great but the front facing speakers of the 3XL are louder and richer.Battery life was crap to start with but once it adapted to my usage pattern it is now stellar.The UI is easy to navigate and Good Lock is good for helping with customization.The only real gripe I have is the the duplication of apps. I like Google services and spent lots of timing getting the device to default to Messages, Phone, Contacts, etc.Can’t say much about the camera as I’ve not been able to travel or go beyond my local park.Would definitely recommend it but I’m still a Pixel lover at heart.

Excellent value for a flagship device. Plastic build aside and yes it feels like plastic instantly. A kinds thin plastic too. But it felt like I was less worried about handling it because of it. More secure. The rims around the whole device and the cameras are all gold finish metal aluminium.Very fast. Crazy smooth. Can’t believe I’d be saying this for a Samsung LOL. Beautiful display. Colours, brightness, least bezel around the display for any phone!Solid cameras. As good as the best, if you don’t intend to pay over £1000. OIS, hybrid zoom, 4k 60 stabilised, 4k 30fps on all lenses stabilised and lens switching on the fly while recording.The best part about it is it fits very well in the hand and is nice and light. Looks incredible too. Big enough to use for media consumption or social media etc. But not heavy or cumbersome like most other high performance phones.Slow charging. No charger in the box. Glass screen protectors just don’t work with the fingerprint scanner, which is otherwise the fastest and most reliable I’ve used.

Not reviewing the S21 phone generally – just this purchase.Purchased based on the “Excellent” conditionCame in an amazon box with the phone loosely wrapped in bubble wrap inside a padded envelope that was a bit too small for the phone- so it looked pretty awful.BUTThe phone itself was spotless, no scratches anywhere and with the back still protected with what looked like the original Samsung plastic protector on the back.SO a brand new phone for a great price – very happy with it.

It feels solid, it is a delight to use and it does perform well. I upgraded from a Samsung S8 and was impressed by how much better the S21 is…screen size, crispness of the colour, speed in every respect. I still wish that Samsung would give longer support for upgrades, but for now, I’m lovin’ it.
