Introduction

At PSTech, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are processed. All refunds are subject to our internal approval process and comply with UAE consumer protection laws.


1. General Conditions

  • Refunds and returns are applicable to all products sold, including smartphones, laptops, and iPads (new and pre-owned).
  • The 1+1 extended warranty applies only to eligible products but does not cover refunds unless the product is defective.
  • Customers must initiate returns or refunds through their PSTech account or contact customer support.

2. Return Eligibility

Unopened Products

  • Items in sealed, original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • A delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Opened Products

  • Opened but unused products in pristine condition are eligible for returns within 15 days.
  • A restocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Items with verified manufacturing defects or damage during delivery are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Returns must be initiated within the seller warranty period or the 15-day return window.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products with physical damage, signs of usage, or missing components are not eligible for returns.
  • Tampered packaging or unauthorized repairs void eligibility.

3. Refund Methods

We offer refunds through the following methods:

1. Wallet Refund (Pamirstar.com)

  • Refunds can be processed as store credit into your Pamir Star wallet within 24 hours of the final decision.
  • Wallet refunds can be used for future purchases on pamirstar.com.

2. Bank Account Refund

  • For bank account refunds, the amount will be credited within 5 to 7 working days after final approval and settlement of the return.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product has passed inspection and meets our return criteria.


4. Return Process

  1. Submit Request: Log in to your PSTech account, select the relevant order, and request a return. Provide reasons and necessary documentation, including photos.
  2. Approval and Instructions: Once reviewed, we will send instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the product, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Products verified as defective or damaged are eligible for replacement.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, you can opt for an alternative product or a refund.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted within the warranty or return period.

6. Delivery Charges for Returns

  • For non-defective product returns, delivery charges are payable by the customer.
  • Delivery fees will not apply to returns caused by defective or incorrect shipments.

7. Seller Warranty and Extended Warranty

  • Products are covered under the seller warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • The 1+1 extended warranty is complimentary for the first purchase and can be subscribed to for subsequent purchases for an additional fee.

8. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not apply to:

  • Extended warranty subscriptions.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or negligence.
  • Delivery fees for express shipping.

9. Conditions for Pre-Owned Products

  • Pre-owned products are subject to the same return and refund conditions as new products.
  • Additional verification will confirm that pre-owned items are not further used or damaged.

10. Governing Law

This policy complies with UAE consumer protection laws to ensure fairness and transparency for both customers and PSTech.
